- If needed, your vehicle will be towed free of charge to designated points on the Asian and European sides.
- In the event of damage to tunnel equipment due to an accident, assist in sharing the necessary documents (driver's license, registration, insurance information, etc.) with officials for compensation purposes.
- In case of injuries, damage to tunnel equipment, or disputes with other drivers, traffic police intervention is necessary. The traffic police procedures, completion of the accident report, and handling of your insurance or towing services can be continued outside the tunnel in the designated area for the safety of tunnel users.
